The software developed on vectors and vector - borne diseases at Biology Division has drawn the attention of national and international institutions. The details of the software as follows:

• Established New Malaria Vector Anopheles subpictus in South East India.
• PROBIT ANALYSIS- Estimating the lethal doses in bioassay of Insects.
• WEBAER 1.1 – Rapid estimation of aerodynamic properties of fliers.
• Database Management System (DBMS FILA 1.1) for the Integrated Control of Filariasis.
• An Advanced forecasting system to control Malaria in Mizoram & Sikkim (Certificate 1 and Certificate 2).
• Expert system for identification of Indian Anopheles mosquitoes.
• South East Asian Culex Species Identification key.
• World Health Organization and Tropical Disease Research Award, Geneva fellowship to attend the course of Biology of Disease Vectors in Colorado State University, USA. (1992).
• Best Project performance Award (2002) by Government of Mizoram.
• Outstanding performance Award (2002) by Director, IICT, Hyderabad.
• University of California, UC Davis.
