Applied Malaria Molecular Surveillance (AMMS) 2022 workshop:
Friday 5th - Sunday 7th August, 2022, Venue; Ethiopia Public Health Institute (EPHI), Addis Ababa, Application closes: June 30th 2022.The 3-day AMMS workshop will focus on developing skills in malaria molecular surveillance (MMS). The workshop will center around a series of computer practicals, in which participants will get hands-on experience working with different types of P. falciparum genetic data and become familiar with some of the main software tools used in analysis. Computer practicals will be broken up by short lectures and break-out activities, providing an opportunity for networking.
