Swine flu in Raipur, Chhattisgarh and Delhi
Change in weather has led to a sharp rise in cases of viral illnesses other than Covid-19. Chhattisgarh has reported three cases of swine flu (H1N1virus) in Raipur, and experts warn it can take the form of a pandemic. Also, the city hospitals in Delhi were flooded with cases of seasonal influenza, and compared with last year, they witnessed a significant rise in cases of swine flu. The flu is a viral disease, which causes symptoms similar to the regular flu. These include cough, fever, sore throat, stuffy or runny nose, body aches, headache, chills as well as fatigue.
