COVID-19 Global Situation

Worldwide, the number of coronavirus cases stood at over 126,380, including 4,634 deaths. China reported 11 new deaths on Thursday morning from the new corona virus epidemic, and the lowest number of fresh cases since it started reporting from January 2020. More than 80,796 people have been infected in total in mainland China. Similarly, on Wednesday highest number of deaths (63) was recorded in Iran. The countries like Panama, Indonesia, and Belgium reported its first death due to corona virus. WHO has been assessing this outbreak around the clock and we are deeply concerned both by the alarming levels of spread and severity, and by the alarming levels of inaction. Therefore World Health Organization made the assessment that COVID-19 can be characterized as a pandemic. Country wise COVID-19 cases and deaths are mentioned below:
